Thank you so much for preserving this historic site. I have been there about 3 times. The first time was before you had to secure the area from people who were trying to chip out pieces of the "drawings" and take them. What a shame. I got many good photos the first and second times we went. We live in Colorado and have friends in Thermopolis, WY.

I am trying to research what some of the figures mean. Any suggestions? Thank you. Sylvia Garofalo

Visited your museum several years ago. Latham O. Miles was my Grandfather son of Margaret Alvera Latham and Richard Miles. It is our most favorite museum. In the school house there is a attendance book and I cant remember the teachers name. Can you help.

My family will be out in Utah Oct. 23rd. We'd like to take a sidetrip to Kemmerer to dig for fossils. Is it too late in the year? Are you open for digging at that time of year? Can you tell me what the weather is usually like that time of year? Thanks. I hope it won't be too late.

There is an e-mail Circulating that shows numerous Big Horn standing all over the face of the dam. Does this really happen or is it product of something like Photo shop? If it is true it is fantastic and should be a highlight for tourist attraction. Thanks, for a response Bill Beaton

This may be a faulty recollection from years ago, but in 1962 I was touring with my family, going eat toward Cody along the Shoshone River, when very suddenly the river disappeared into the adjacent rock. It reappeared (as I recall) about halfway down at the spillway of the Shoshone Dam, which was incredibly high, and there was a gathering of logs at the bottom. Is this a correct recollection, or am I at some other time in some other place?

Thanks.

This article hits the nail right on the head! I cannot stress enough how lucky and Blessed Glenrock is to have such a delight right in their own historical downtown. If you haven't been to this dinosaur museum... make plans... not only is it amazing, but the staff are all amazing as well. Extremely knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to listen to.

I am a secondary Earth Science instructor in Jackson, Michigan. One of my goals is to teach students about fossil preparation. In the past I have obtained rock material that did not show visible signs of fossils. With the cooperation of our local hospital we X-rayed slabs and were able to locate embedded fossils. I can not locate a source for fossil slabs, do you have such material and what would be the costs? Do you take a an order with a school PO number? Thank you for any assistance.
